Our high-strength wear-resistant castings use a premium grade low-alloy high-strength wear-resistant steel as the core base material. This material inherently offers high strength, good toughness, and excellent wear resistance potential, making it ideal for engineering machinery wear parts.
To maximize its performance, we integrate it with our proprietary CNC semi-automated heat treatment line process. Through refined heat treatment processes like quenching and tempering, we transform the casting's microstructure.
This process precisely controls heating temperature, holding time, and cooling rate. It creates a hardened surface layer with a hardness of 58-62 HRC to effectively resist abrasion, while maintaining an exceptionally tough core to absorb impact energy and prevent brittle fracture.
This "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic allows our bucket teeth and blade end bits to withstand heavy-load impact and severe abrasion in applications like mining and construction waste processing, offering a service life more than 3 times longer than ordinary material parts.
