Yuezhong Machinery: Using craftsmanship to build a solid foundation for the quality of loader and excavator bucket teeth

Many customers have reported that bucket teeth on the market often wear out and break quickly due to substandard materials and rough workmanship, delaying project progress and increasing replacement costs. We address this problem at its source: using high-purity alloy raw materials and precise proportions to ensure a balance between hardness and toughness in the bucket teeth—neither too hard and brittle, nor too soft and prone to rapid wear. For 17 years, we have served customers in various sectors including mining, infrastructure construction, and agricultural development. From the frigid -30°C construction sites of Northeast China to the hot and humid mining areas of the South, Yuezhong Machinery's bucket teeth have consistently maintained a stable service life, which is the core reason for repeat purchases from our long-term customers.

Furthermore, we deeply understand the importance of advanced equipment for quality improvement. In recent years, we have continuously upgraded our production lines, introducing automated molding machines and CNC lathes to achieve precise control from mold making to blank forming, reducing human error. Simultaneously, we have equipped ourselves with a professional heat treatment workshop, using a dual process of quenching and tempering to achieve a surface hardness of HRC55 or higher for the bucket teeth, while ensuring the core toughness meets impact resistance requirements.
