1. Observe the degree of blade wear: The wear of the bucket blade is the most intuitive basis for judgment. When the blade thickness wear exceeds 30% - 40% of the original thickness, its cutting ability and strength will drop significantly, and continued use may cause damage to the bucket structure. In addition, if the blade has a notch or crack with a depth of more than 5mm, it should be replaced immediately to avoid crack expansion and safety hazards.
2. Pay attention to changes in work efficiency: If it is found that the resistance of shoveling materials increases significantly and fuel consumption increases during normal operation of the loader, but the operating efficiency continues to decrease, this is likely to be caused by severe wear of the bucket blade and inability to effectively cut into the material. When the operating efficiency decreases by 15% - 20%, it is necessary to consider replacing the blade.
3. Pay attention to abnormal phenomena: During operation, if you hear abnormal metal friction sounds when the bucket is operating, or feel that the vibration of the equipment is significantly increased, this often means that the blade has been worn to the extent that it affects normal operation. In addition, frequent material slippage and unsmooth shoveling may also be signals that the blade needs to be replaced.
Timely replacement of worn bucket blades can not only improve work efficiency, but also extend the overall service life of the bucket. The loader bucket teeth we produce are made of different materials according to the working conditions, and with advanced heat treatment technology, the wear resistance is greatly improved compared with ordinary products, effectively reducing the replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
