This time we provide step -by -step steps to install the bucket teeth into the excavator.
1. Prepare the necessary materials and tools before installation
Exploding tools or flush: It is used to remove old teeth or connect.
Bucket teeth and nails: Matching new accessories of your excavator bucket model.

3. Clean up the installation site of the bucket handle
After removing the old bucket teeth, use tools such as wire brush or rag to remove impurities such as soil and rust on the bucket handle to ensure that the installation surface is clean and flat, so that the new bucket teeth can better fit the installation site to prevent from impurities to affect the firmness of installation.
4.New bucket teeth installation
Place new bucket teeth: After cleaning, place the new bucket teeth on the bucket handle to ensure that it can be accurately aligned with the installation hole.
Install fixing parts: After the new bucket teeth are placed correctly, the fixed nails pass through the holes of the teeth and handle. If the bolts are fixed, the bolts need to be penetrated and tightened.
Fixed nails: Use the hammer or mallet to tighten the nails to ensure firmness and avoid loose about bucket teeth during use.
Note: After all the bucket teeth are installed, you must check whether each bucket tooth is firmly fixed.

After the installation is completed, check whether the bucket teeth are well installed. Try to shake the teeth left and right to check whether there is a loose phenomenon. If you are found to be loose, you need to re -check the connection and tighten. Then operate the excavator for fast testing, and excavate on the soft ground to verify that the operation of the bucket tooth is correct and stable. If all the performance is normal, the bucket teeth installations have been completed.
