Long -term cooperation with XCMG
We have cooperated in the field of construction machinery for more than ten years. More than ten years ago, we deeply learned about XCMG' s demand for bucket teeth and the main cutting board. At that time, XCMG was committed to improving the operating performance of the loader, excavators and other equipment, and hoped that the bucket teeth and the main cutting board with high quality and long service life were expected. At that time, we were in the leading position of the industry in the development and production of products, and were able to meet the high requirements of XCMG.
In the course of cooperation with XCMG Group, we overcome difficulties and finally successfully reached cooperation. When they first contacted XCMG, they had doubts about our production capacity and product quality. In order to eliminate these concerns, we took the initiative to invite the XCMG on inspection team to visit the factory to display every link from raw material procurement, production technology to quality testing.
In terms of R & D, we are facing huge challenges, especially for the XCMG loader 50 series bucket teeth and bucket wear plate series. XCMG has high requirements for the material and abrasion resistance of this series of products, and our professional R & D team has actively responded with professional literacy. Regarding the bucket teeth, our R & D team has repeatedly adjusted the recipes of the bucket teeth alloy after many tests, which significantly improves the hardness and wear resistance of the bucket teeth.

For the main cutter board series, the Nanjing steel’s 22simn2 board designated by XCMG has undergone rigorous testing. In a low -temperature environment of minus 20℃, the impact can reach about 50, and the main cutter board can work normally in various extremely harsh environments. On this basis, our R & D team also adjusted the production process of the main cutter board many times, and used our unique thermal treatment technology. After a lot of efforts, the high performance of the main cutter board was successfully satisfied. The rigorous requirements of XCMG and the main cutter board series have laid a solid technical foundation for the cooperation between the two parties.
Our efforts were highly evaluated by XCMG. They praise our product quality and is admirable in the face of problems. This good cooperation foundation has prompted follow -up cooperation to continue to expand.
